Refund conditions

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery (and 30 days from the date of placing order) to request a refund.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, and digital downloads, are non-returnable.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process your refund request.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

How will we refund your money?

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed, depending on payment method that you used to order.
  • If you paid in advance using online payment method, such as credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, or similar, we will issue the refund back to the same payment method.
  • If you paid with cash on delivery, we will require your IBAN number to process the refund. IBAN starts with the letters "SK" and consists of 24 characters (2 letters and 22 digits). It is a number that replaces all account details (account number and bank code in the Slovak Republic).

  • Wait for our customer support representative to validate, if your return request meets the terms and conditions set in this Return Policy.

How send us back the returned goods?

  • Fill the refund request form on this link. It can be printed, or writen.
  • Repack the product safely and securely, attach the provided refund request form inside the package.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender, we do not accept shipments at our expense.
